Robert Kosilek, convicted of first degree murder for strangling his wife in 1990, is suing the state of Massachusetts to get a tax-funded sex change operation. A judge had previously entitled Kosilek treatment for his gender-identity disorder which included hormone treatment, laser hair removal, and psychotherapy.
